Fall Fitness and Fellowship @ The Bridge

All classes are held in the Worship Center at The Bridge in Johnston. The Bridge is located at 10025 NW 62nd Ave in Johnston.

Children aged 12-17 may accompany paid parent to any class for $2.00 cash per class.

Body Gospel Boot Camp is a unique opportunity to start or end your day with exercise, prayer, scripture, fellowship, accountability and encouragement! This is a group exercise class with a Certified Instructor. Class involves cardio and resistance training with dumbbells, kettle bells, body weight, and bands similar to HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) training. Wherever you are in your health journey, our Boot Camp will provide you movements that will energize and challenge you while reminding you of the best motive for body stewardship: availability to love and serve God and others to your capacity!
